OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR CONSIDERATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and legal residents of the United States at the time of entry.  Any prize must be claimed in the United States and shipped to a United States address.  Employees of DTS, Inc. (the "Sponsor") or its affiliates, and employees of any DTS advertising or promotional agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household with any of the foregoing persons or entities, are not eligible.
2. HOW TO ENTER: This Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2009 (the "Start Date") and ends at 11:59 pm July 31, 2009 (the "End Date" and such dates, the "Promotion Period").  Log onto the website www.celebratesevenone.com and follow the instructions to complete the sweepstakes entry form, including your name, address, zip code, age, day and evening phone numbers, and e-mail address. You may also send in a mail-in entry to DTS, Inc. Attention:  Manager of Events and Promotions, 5171 Clareton Drive, Agoura Hills, CA  91301 by filling out a regular size postcard with your name, address, zip code, age, day and evening phone numbers, and email address (if you have an email address) and mail postage paid.  There is a limit of one entry per person during the Promotion Period. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated service) are not permitted and will be disqualified.  Entries must be received by Sponsor within the Promotion Period. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules in all respects are ineligible and void.  All dates are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
3. RANDOM DRAWING: One daily winner for a Blu-ray disc with a DTS audio format will be chosen on certain business days, during the Promotion Period through August 3, 2009, from among eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, until a winner is determined for each of the thirty-one days of the Promotion Period. From all entries received, one grand prize of a home theater in a box ("HTIB") system and a runner-up prize of a Sony PlayStation 3 ("Sony PS3) will be drawn at approximately 9:00 a.m. on August 3, 2009.  The drawing shall be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes. Prizes vary and are not transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater approximate value due to prize unavailability.
4. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
5. THE FOLLOWING PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED:  Thirty-one (31) Blu-ray discs (one awarded for each day during the Promotion Period), one grand prize of a HTIB system, and one runner-up prize of a Sony PS3.  The total approximate retail value of these prizes is $2,500.00 (USD). All prizes are awarded "as is" without warranty of any kind.
6. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Entrants must meet the eligibility criteria and enter in the manner described above.  By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final and binding in all respects. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.  Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, misdirected, invalid, incomplete or illegible entries. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.  Grand prize and runner-up winners will be required to complete, sign by witness of notary, and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.  Winners of Blu-ray discs may be required to complete, sign by witness of notary, and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.
7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: All applicable federal/state/local laws and regulations apply.  Each potential grand prize and runner-up winners must execute and return to Sponsor a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form in form provided by Sponsor within fifteen (15) days of notification of winning. Noncompliance will result in forfeiture of prize and disqualification in which case an alternate winner will be selected in accordance with the above procedures.  By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability that may arise from their entry, acceptance and/or use of any prize or their participation in this Sweepstakes, or from any misuse or, malfunction of any prize awarded. Sponsor has the sole and binding right to decide all matters and disputes arising from the Sweepstakes and its determination shall be final and binding on all entrants.  The value of the prize may be taxable as income. Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the prize.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner's name, photograph, voice, statements made by or attributed to winner, and likeness for editorial, advertising, publicity, and legitimate business purposes (including but not limited to print, broadcast, and internet), without further compensation, except where prohibited.  Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
8. NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified by e-mail. Winner shall have five (5) days from transmittal of e-mail notice to respond and claim a prize. If Sponsor is unable to contact Winner or if Winner does not respond within five (5) days, prize will be forfeited, entrant will be disqualified, and another potential winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held, as necessary.  In case of a dispute related to the identity of an entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address provided with the entry.  The "authorized account holder" is that person or entity who is assigned the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (business or other entity) responsible for assigning email addresses or domain names.  Potential winners may be required to provide credible evidence to prove that the potential winner is an "authorized account holder" of the email associated with the winning entry.
9. FULFILLMENT: All prizes will be delivered to the winner by regular mail, United Postal Service or courier such as Federal Express. Type of delivery service will be at sole discretion of Sponsor.  Sponsor is not responsible for prizes lost or damaged in the mail or by the courier. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
10. LIMITATIONS:  Sponsor reserves the right to clarify or correct any typographical, printing, computer programming, calculation, or operating errors associated with the Sweepstakes.  In the unlikely event that Sponsor is unable to continue the Sweepstakes or provide the prizes for any reason, including but not limited to: computer hacking, tampering, virus or bugs, delay or failure to act, bankruptcy, negligence, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, Sponsor shall not be held responsible for cost or delivery of obligations or prizes as defined by these rules.

14. CHOICE OF LAW:  Except where prohibited by law, all entrants agree that any disputes, claims and causes of action, or any issues regarding the construction, validity, and interpretation or enforceability of these official rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these official rules shall not affect any other provision so long as the general intent of these official rules remain in effect.
